The XXVI San Jose Tournament was a great success, at the Bel Air Tennis Club from 30th August  to 6th September. More than 200 entrants from all over Spain contested at all levels from under 10 to the Open category. The results were as follows: -Boys under 10:  Pablo Arcos del Valle beat Vladislav Isaev   4/1 2/4 y 10-8 -Girls under 10:  Maria Berlanga beat Victoria Gómez- Barrio  4-2 y 4-1      -Boys under 12: Luis Gomar Monio beat Jose Antonio Arcos del Valle  7/6 6/4. -Girls under 12: Leah Gómez- Barrio  beat Maria Berlanga  6/3 6/2   -Boys under 14: Jose Antonio Dugo Reyes beat Diego Losada Rubio 6/1 6/3. -Girls under 14:  Mary Pesare García beat Loreto Villalba Rubio 6/3 6/2.   -Boys under 16:  Jose Antonio Dugo beat Diego Losada Rubio  7/6 y 6/2. -Girls under 16:  Mercedes Losada Rubio beat Paula Palomo Pascual 6/3 2/6 6/3.   -Boys under 18: Jose Maria Martín de Oliva beat Alfonso Castellano 6/0 6/4. -Girls under 18:  Rosario Cañero Pérez beat Marta Muelas por 4/0 y abandono.   -  Iván Esquerdo became Open champion for the second consecutive year, this time beating Daniel Monedero. Charlote Roemer  also won ladies Open champion after defeating Marta Muelas 2/6 6/0 6/4.     The closing cocktail courtesy of the San José school hosted a tasteful cocktail for both players and relatives plus anywone who wanted to join the event.
