WE HAVE 3 DIFERENT PROGRAMS:
Mini Tennis Programme
This programme is designed for children aged 4 to 8 years, and focuses on introducing tennis in a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate way. Players are organised into small groups of up to 6 children, with 1 or 2 training sessions per week, depending on their age and availability.
The main goal is to help young players develop ball control and coordination, enabling them to rally and play independently from an early stage. We use specialised mini tennis equipment, including starter balls and mini nets, to create an optimal learning environment.
For the most advanced players in this age group, we organise up to 4 mini tournaments per season, offering a positive introduction to competition in a supportive and playful setting.
Key Features:
- Ages 4–8
- Groups of up to 6 players
- 1–2 hours of training per week
- Use of starter balls and mini nets
- Emphasis on ball control, coordination, and learning through play
- 4 mini tournaments per season for advanced players
Intermediate Tennis Pogramme
This programme is aimed at players aged 8 to 14 years, and is structured across three progressive levels: Beginners, Intermediate, and Improvers. Players train in groups of up to 6 per court, with a frequency of 2 to 3 hours per week, depending on the level and individual needs.
We use both green dot balls and regular balls, selecting the appropriate type based on the players’ age and technical development. The focus is on improving technical skills, developing game understanding, and encouraging independent learning through match play.
Students in the Intermediate and Improvers levels take part in up to 4 mini tournaments per season, which are key for gaining competitive experience and applying what they learn in training.
Key Features:
- Ages 8–14
- Three levels: Beginners, Intermediate, Improvers
- Groups of up to 6 players per court
- 2–3 hours of training per week
- Use of green dot or regular balls depending on level
- 4 mini tournaments per season for Intermediate and Improvers

Competition Tennis Programme
This programme is designed for players at improver and advanced levels, aged between 10 and 15 years. Training takes place in small groups of 4 to 6 players per court, with three 1.5-hour sessions per week, and the option of additional private lessons to further support individual development.
The training focuses on the three key pillars of performance: technique, tactics, and physical conditioning. In addition, match play sessions are organised regularly, and tournament accompaniment is available to provide players with real competitive experience and guidance during events.
The main objective of this programme is to prepare young tennis players for potential scholarships at U.S. universities, while also keeping the door open to pursue a professional tennis career.
